they just replied. I don't think I owe them an apology for letting me wait 4 months for an FP turbo that I ended up having to call in to just replace with another one since WHO KNOWS when that turbo would ever be produced for me. They never kept me updated, gave me an order number, or anything.

Not the best customer service, but not the worst.
