Hey guys, I'm not new to the EVO scene and I'm not new to Vegas but I got a new car haha.
I was in Florida when I bought my Evo 8 then sold it back in 2007. I then moved here in Vegas 2009 without an EVO. Now I just purchased an EVO 9 MR 2 weeks ago and I'm so happy with it. It had some issues that I'm trying to fix but over all its good.
Now, I want to know where do you guys hang out and whet day and time? I'm nightshift so it will be harder for me to hang around but I'll try. I just want to meet the EVO group again and meet new people.
By the way, when I purchased the car it came with wheels that I do not like, and I'm selling them for cheap. It's decent with good tires. I'm also debating whether I trade my VOLK wheels with you guys' stock BBS. And if I install my coilovers, sell the struts and lowering springs that the car came with.
hope to meet you guys sometime soon.

Car ran great ALL DAY!!!! Oil temp (even at high 90's ambient) settled in at 125c, coolant temp at 110c, gear box wasn't nearly as fussy with the redline concoction, but the fp green left me wanting for more power at rpm . All of these temps were with sustained lapping, not the typical 2 hot, 1 cool, 2 hot, 1 cool method. Oil temp at 125c was on lap 5 of 5 giving 10/10ths. Very satisfied with the mechanical condition of the car!

I still went out for a session with the white/yellow group after the "off"....porsche club rules, I took an instructor, and Kam was hesitant, so Tony Z set me up with a guy from LA named Ian....learned a few things that I was missing on the track and got to play a little longer since the "off" reduced what was to be my last session to 18 minutes.

redline straight 40 racing oil (the stuff that's dyed green)
cl rc5 - - - carbotech maybe? They're whatever was on the car when I bought it. Not terribly squeely around town, but fantastic on track. For the year or so of ownership have probably worn off 25% material....still has 75% left. Had only 1 hint of brake issues all day on the advans, eladio and I did a quick bleed off (1 full stroke of brake pedal per bleeder) during the tire change to the conti's and the problem never came back up. Firm pedal for 2 more sessions
