For those who are driving an X

http://www.***************/forums/sh...ad.php?t=56501
Oh link wont show eh.....

well, on the evoxforums DSG performance is making a Dual A pillar pods, maybe also Triple if requested.

We've been keeping pretty tight lipped about what we've been up to over here at DSG Performance, though a few of you have had a bit of an idea with our "DSG Needs A Pillar Thread", lol. Given how absolutely necessary these are to the community, we didn't want to post anything up until we were getting closer to production mode and were certain that everything was good to go. Something that we will never do here at DSG is sacrifice quality for time or money. If we are going to be manufacturing something, it has got to be damn well better than amazing. If I can say so myself, they look damn good

With that, we are in the final stages of prototyping and are expecting these to be ready to sell in approximately 2 to 2.5 months. I will update the thread with more information and updates as they come in, I am personally overseeing the production of these and you are welcome to ask questions as I'm sure there will be many. Pricing structure and related information will only be released as we get closer to the official launch of the product.

110% Direct OEM Fitment

FULL Replacement piece, not a cover

Direct color match to OEM Pillar

Nah, I like my pillar free of gauges. Thanks for the heads up though! It's more ninja-like with my pods on the steering column.

Meet tonight or just meet tomorrow night at MM?

Edit: too cold, I'll meet u guys tomorrow night.

That would be funny (and painful) to figure out while you're installing.

I got called in for work, so no meet for me tonight. I'll see you guys at mm! Oh, yeah it was freezing today, but I got the fmic and uicp installed this morning.

My other car had the pillar pod... Just have to disconnect the battery during install and no issues. There's a clip on the pillar that holds it when the side air bags come out, so the pillar doesn't hit you in the face. I know from personal experience!

I think I may need to do my wheel alignment so it would lessen the chance of wheelhop.
Nah, I wouldnt worry about wheel hop too much. Just go around the water box , (if they still have it). Also if you have coilovers make sure they are not real stiff (like for autoX). Imma try and make it to MM but i might have to save my moneys for IFO on sunday, cuz im a broke a$$ Biotch

So where exactly r we gonna meet for midnight mayhem? Do we just meet there? Or we meet somewhere first then mob the speedway?

If u guys want, we can meet at the Walmart parking lot at Craig and nellis then go from there. Just an idea.
