It didn't seem that dirty but I was running a bit late so I only got a quick glance at it. BBY is my favorite color though, that's for sure.

you guys crack me up. All this crazy talk over a car that goes 120-121 mph.
dont forget its an RS, with a little weight out of it, 26" tall slicks, and a good driver. Not sure why that seems to be such a big deal. This power isnt anything record breaking and the times aren't either. Its a great feat to get 10's out of a stock turbo, but a good combination of parts, tuning, and great driving will get you there...
As for Dans car, it wasnt gutted till it went into kill mode at the last stages of its life. Before that it was 3050lbs and went 9's consistently. Then it got crazy and SUPER light weight.
Dans red car weighed in at 3000 and went 11.4@118 with 272 exhaust cam, downpipe, testpipe, stock intercooler, stock intake, and stock cat back. I believe it made 390ish hp and 440tq on 100 octane at dougs back then...

No crazy talk. I'm just having fun with it. Alan is a GREAT driver!! Those shifts are sick fast and smooth with the clutch and the light lift. He's got to have 100+ passes between all three evos. His skills show. I was stuck on the 21lbs but after seeing the graph he's only making that power at the spike and it drops off fast. He needs to preload that wastegate more and hold 30lbs to redline and we might be able to see a 10.50 pass. That clutch must disengage so fast and smooth to shift that fast without grinding. Is that a stock trans or bushwacker?
Unfortunately, that turbo wont hold that kind of boost up top, the hotside just wont allow it. I think a FP wastegate actuator should help hold 24-27psi though. (might be blowing hot air at that point though)
I have the same tilton in my car. Its great. You can flat foot shift any gear change, although Alan didnt in most of the runs the other day...
