This will be hard for me so I wanted more details. I will be working on the 28th and my job is hard to get some time off. I work starting the afternoon.

Now, my first question before I start planning.

They will start tuning on the 28th or arrive the 28th and start tuning 29th?

If they start tuning starting the 28th, what time? If it's the afternoon then I can't make it unless they also tune on the 29th.

If they start early morning, may I ask to be the first one so I'm able to go to work on time.
