Maybe a dremel tool and trim a lil bit off the corner of the fan?.... depends on how hard it's rubbing .... i would think a lil trim is always good

Just remove it and you'll be fine. I don't run that fan and when I drive around the temp gauge doesn't move. You chould unplug the fan to test it for a day and keep an eye on the temp.

doesnt mean much since you drive your car like 3 times per year. just saying LOL at least i drive mine like 6 Times a year and i dont have a fan on either. . . . .

finally going to take my head to get resurfaced tomorrow. let me tell you lapping valves is not as fun as i thought it was going to be im glad we only have 16.

that thing is awesome it made taking them out such a breeze. that said they should have the head done by end of the day tomorrow so i should be able to have it back to you by sunday if thats ok.
