he isnt gonna turn the boost up that much...

Someone in the X part of the forum runs 33 psi with stock headstuds in there. That was awhile ago, but I remember when he had made his post couple shops said they werent really needed. gotta remember the X comes with higher boost that the 4g right out of the box.

i was thinking of getting the ams fuel kit. that should work right? http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/a...-fuel-kit.html

then just get me some injectors i was thinking of the hks 1000cc i dunno if i should get the hks or ams fuel rail. i guess whichever is gonna be cheaper.

now anybody knows of a place to do this at?

I dont think you need all that, just get injectors, and a pump. the stock fuel rail is good for awhile (i dont know exactly) but I hear people doing 500's on stock fuel rail.

gt35r. What hp uncorrected should I be looking at? I was thinking my first goal, before rods/pistons is 450 is it reasonable? Then after the rods/piston a little more boost and a new goal of 500-550 is that reasonable? or should I look at 400 before, and 450 after?

AMS always makes nice stuff. I went with the blaqops kit, but it looks like AMS includes more stuff?

I found this post to be very helpful to me: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...iscussion.html

I'm considering the FIC 1100's or Deatchworks 1000cc injectors.

Either way, just gotta save up a little more money before I can switch over to E85. Pretty soon all the X's in vegas will be E85 LOL Oh and congrats on the job Roy, what type of work are you doing?

I had the AMS kit on my black evo. Great setup. No problems making 600+whp

I made well over 500 on the stock fuel rail. Its not a restriction for 95% of people.

Side note, who is going to the meet tonight and track tomorrow??

Saw something sad this morning.

Blue X on the side of the freeway on-ramp from Auto Show (I believe) going to 95N at 11.30.

Would have stopped but 1. I was in the left hand lane and couldn't get over, 2. I saw a "Freeway Assistance" vehicle pulling up right behind him and 3. I was late for class haha

I'm at 470 (or 430 uncorrected.. since Robert gets pissed when I say 470) and the only thing limiting me I believe was fuel..
