Hi Guys-
I have a 2011 MR, i live in SLC.
I am looking to for some recommendations on a tune shop and a place that know's EVOs.
I want to add 50-80hp.
Who do you recommend in SLC or Orem/Provo area for tune and mod work?
How much should i budget for the parts/labor with that HP goal in mind?
I hear the SST tranny can take up to about 340 before you venture into potential problems.
Is that true?
Thanks.

Wish I could've done the car b q but was outta town since last Tuesday.

Black evo mr you can add some bolt ons a mbc & tune to achieve 50hp easily and your transmission would be just fine. Anyone else here would be more then happy to give you suggestions and if you'd like you can pm me as well.

Have a good day

Starting to get cold feet already.

Been reading about the warranty ****'s and i am more than a little concerned
if something happened to the SST, i get denied and with 4 years on the lease i am not sure it is worth rolling the dice on even a minor 50HP upgrade.

Puts a damper on any potential upgrade.

There's always a worry about the warranty and mitsubishi warranty's suck btw

you need warranty work..take of the bolt ons and throw back on stock flash.

Throw on some intercooler piping, dv, flash (tune) and turbo back exhaust

You can always convert it back to stock if you need to for a warranty

Mitsu's warranty is why I bought the STi and why I am glad to have the MINI since they are great with warranty as well.

Ouch, a lease?

I would just have it tuned, be prepared to be raped when you turn it back in.

Hey guys I still need some help with my transfer case. I haven't been able to get a hold of Vesko to have him do it. The pump and lines to the t-case are already removed and for now I just have a bolt in the banjo location to keep it from leaking fluid.

Questions: Can I run it as-is for now and it would just act as an open diff, or will it cause damage?
What exactly needs to be done to convert mine to mechanical short of buying an RS t-case/aftermarket LSD/etc?
Are there any other recommended people in SLC that can do this in the next two weeks?

Thanks in advance! I'm scrambling now to get the last few things back together after the crash for the last race of the season.
