good shop in LA or PASADENA for EVO 8 Tuning?
sorry for the boring question. I cant figure where to go , there' so many around here.
I just need a shop that can do a good tune on a stock turbo and mbc.

Reese is really good, they do great work and do awesome tunes. But they're not cheap, as are most shops (road race, reese, church, etc)
Rallinspired is really affordable and does great tunes. Try him out!! You can find him on here somewhere or on FB or on socal evo too. He's not as far north as LA, a little below. Something like that
