Anybody at the Scottsdale Pavilions Saturday?
For those of you who weren't there, this riced out neon decided to burn out (or attempt to anyway) about 10 feet from this cop. I bet it made him feel pretty 
....'till he's promptly pulled over and the 50+ people in the parking lot laughed hysterically.
