anti reversion cone
so i'm about to drive for 16 hours to nebraska and wanna quiet down the works 76mm TBE (DP, RTP, IP, and AB). I have the anti reversion cone but the thing doesn't fit. i know it requires drilling a hole for the bolt to go through but it won't even fit in the pipe. what gives? anyone have any ideas?

not even possible. in order to install this i was told it has to be put into the actual exhaust pipe, not the "tip" since the bolt that holds it in is nowhere near long enough to go through the tip and into the ARC. in order to get that ARC into the actual pipe and not the tip i'd need to bore into the pipe about 1/4 of an inch because if i tried to shave that much off the ARC it would actually be gone... grrr.
i did just cram it in there for a little while to see what it sounded like while driving around my neighborhood and it does sound a TON quieter... me thinks The Lady would LOVE that on the way to nebraska

Hmmm. Have you measured the ARC vs. the ID of the Axle Back?
Here is the text from our intstallation instructions:
*4. If you are installing the WORKS ARC along with your Exhale AB, a 3/8th inch hole must be drilled in the marked location to accommodate the hex locking bolt included with the ARC. If you purchased the ARC separately from the AB, the appropriate location to drill is about ˝ inch past the edge of the tip. Drill the hole on the very bottom of the pipe, so it is easy to access.
I'll see if I can get any more info for you.
